Its products are designed in strict accordance with the UL4128 energy storage standard, and have passed UL, TUV, and CE certification in accordance with IEC 61984. The rated current power terminal of the TE new generation BPSC Hybrid blind plug connector can reach a unit of 70A, with a rated voltage of up to 1000V, which can meet various application requirements. When designing products, TE fully considers the convenience of product installation and use. By balancing and allowing for a tolerance margin (2.5mm) in the blind insertion system through advance guidance and floating design, TE can accommodate mechanical manufacturing tolerances during the stacking process. This product also uses high conductivity material power pins, which have excellent temperature rise control performance. The temperature rise is stable for a long time<30 °, and the signal pin surface is plated with gold, with a diameter of ≥ 1.0mm, providing excellent and reliable signal transmission.
