Product Description

The first ESWB model IS420ESWBH1A switch is the second hardware version of the IONet switch. This switch consists of 16 100/100Base-TX RJ45 copper ports. This switch only has one fiber optic port and is described as a multimode 100Base-FX port with an LC type connector. Fiber optic ports are the only significant difference between the five ESWB models.

 

Like previous ESWx switch hardware models, the IS420ESWBH1A can also be installed in various configurations, whether parallel or vertical, with differences in the clamps available for vertical installation. The clamp used with the ESWB switch in the vertical installation direction is the 259B2451BVP4 clamp. Please note that when installing this switch as a replacement, it can be installed in a DIN rail or panel mount.

When IS420ESWBH1A is used with Ethernet, it can be used with up to three networks, which is equivalent to controller redundancy for dual controllers, simplex controllers, or TMR controllers.
