Rexroth, Indramat, and Bosch’s MKD025B-144-KP0-KN-SA001 are digital AC synchronous servo motors in the MKD series. MKD025B-144-KP0-KN-SA001 has a rotary transformer motor feedback system and is driven by a keyed optical shaft (with shaft sealing ring) in accordance with DIN 6885-1 standard. The winding code of the servo motor is 144 and there is no holding brake.

MKD025B-144-KP0-KN-SA001 is a synchronous motor of Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This motor can be used in conjunction with Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s digital intelligent drive controller. The motor size of this motor is 025, the motor length is 0.0 Nm, and the winding code is 144. It has complete rotary transformer feedback and integrated multi turn absolute encoder. According to DIN 885-1, the motor is further driven by a shaft specification with sealing rings and keys. This model does not have a brake, but there is a junction box for the power output direction.

The electrical connection of the Rexroth driver is standardized. The MKD AC motor is equipped with a power connector, including a temperature sensor and a holding brake. The encoder connection (feedback connector) depends on the motor type, whether it is a junction box or as a separate plug-in connector. (1) The blower unit can be selectively connected to the MKD motor. The blower device operates independently of the driver controller. The blower cable protection circuit breaker is not within the delivery scope of REXROTH in Indian calendar. (2) Temperature sensor Temperature sensor (PTC) is fixed and installed in the motor winding. The evaluation of measurement data is conducted through the driver controller. (3) The optional brake can be triggered by an external control device (SPS) or by using an appropriate drive controller. (4) The standard version of the power connector serves as a junction box and as a plug-in connector on motor type 112. For Type 025 connectors, they can also be delivered as an alternative. (5) The encoder is connected to the standard version as a junction box and serves as a plug-in connector on motor type 112. For Type 025 connectors, they can also be delivered alternately.
