MKD112B-024-GP0-BN is one of the high-end synchronous motors provided by the company. Its high torque and power transmission capabilities make it suitable for heavy-duty applications. It has three different variants, two of which are Free cooling, but can choose with or without insulation, while the last one includes a special surface cooling device in the design. The Free cooling 60K variant has a torque of 8.8 Nm, while the 100K variant has a rated torque of 21.6 Nm, which can be provided to consumers. If there are greater torque requirements, the rated torque for the surface cooling version is 30 Nm. All three versions operate at a rated speed of 3500 RPM, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. In addition, the motor has a mass of 34 kilograms and a safe ambient temperature of 0-40 degrees Celsius. The drive shaft of MKD112B-024-GP0-BN has a keyway constructed according to DIN 6885-1 standard. To ensure leak free operation, the shaft also includes a sealing ring. Finally, in order to achieve feedback control, the rotary transformer feedback unit is used as a motor encoder to determine the accurate shaft position. The MKD112B model provides radial or standard cooling, while the MKD112A model always has a standard cooling device. Like all MKD motors, the MKD112 series is maintenance free.
