The MKD112B-058-GG0-BN is undoubtedly the fastest motor among all AC synchronous motors manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Indramat. The MKD112B-058-GGO-BN motor also has excellent durability and accuracy, with a frame size of 112, a motor length of Class B, and a mass of 34 kilograms. The flange size is 192 millimeters and the center diameter is 130 millimeters. With a maximum speed capacity of 4500min-1, the motor can still continuously time 3000min-1 during nominal operation. It can generate continuous static torque of 28 Nm and rated torque of 6.2 Nm; It belongs to the category of high torque producers, with a maximum torque capacity of 102Nm. In order to achieve this maximum torque, the motor can allow a current of up to 183A, which can only be allowed for a short period of time to avoid overheating and damage to the motor.

Under heating, based on its 40 minute thermal time constant, the motor dissipates heat into the surrounding air through natural convection. Its rotor rotational inertia is 1.92 × 10-2 kgm2, capable of operating loads and peripheral devices with a rotational inertia of up to 0.192 kgm2. The motor is equipped with a parser feedback encoder, which can transmit the relative position of the motor to the interface drive controller. It is equipped with an optical shaft and shaft sealing ring, but there is no holding brake. It receives a power cord and encoder output connection through its electrical plug, which is installed on the top of the B-side of the motor. The motor casing adopts an IP65 protection level design, which is dustproof and shockproof.
