From Vibro meter ® The VibroSmart product line enables operators to cost-effectively monitor and protect critical small machinery without affecting performance.

VibroSmart is a series of networked devices developed for implementing Mechanical Protection System (MPS) and/or Condition Monitoring System (CMS) solutions, with medium to low measurement channel density and can be installed anywhere needed.

The main advantage is to reduce installation costs – as VibroSmart devices are installed directly on or near the machine, operators can save up to 30% on installation and wiring costs. Using standard Ethernet cables helps simplify installation. A multifunctional solution – VibroSmart VSV301 can handle most types of signals – vibration, displacement, and dynamic pressure. It can be configured to provide a unique combination of MPS and/or CMS functions. Simple or refined according to your needs – VibroSmart’s modular structure has high flexibility and scalability. A single VibroSmart VSV301 can operate as a standalone system or be used in conjunction with other VibroSmart devices to provide a network monitoring system.

VibroSmart ® The VSV301 monitoring module has two independent dynamic vibration channels and one auxiliary channel, which can be configured as a tachometer or DC input channel. This processing module can independently perform vibration monitoring and can also be integrated with other VibroSmart modules to create more comprehensive measurement modules.

The VSV301 module performs data acquisition and all signal processing (filtering, analog-to-digital conversion, time-domain and frequency-domain processing, and resampling) to generate processed output and extracted data for physical output and data presentation in VibroSight Vision, as well as VibroSight scope. This includes spectral band extraction, advanced FFT analysis, trend and limit checking (alarm and sensor normal), and acceleration/deceleration acquisition.

 

 

Note: The VSV301 monitoring module matches or outperforms the VSV300 monitoring module in terms of specifications and performance, and is a substitute with equivalent appearance, assembly, and functionality. VSV301 also uses the same VSB300 terminal block, making it easy to replace VSV300 with VSV301.
