The 4-channel relay module is a full height module that provides four relay outputs. Any number of 4-channel relay modules can be placed in the transient data interface module. Each output channel relay module of 4 can be independently programmed to execute voting logic. Each uninitialized relay on the 4-channel relay module includes alarm drive logic. The programming of alarm driven logic uses AND and OR logic, and can use alarm inputs (alarm and danger states), abnormal, or combinations from any monitor channel or any monitor channel in the rack. You can program the Alarm Drive to meet your application requirements using 3500 rack configuration software.

You can place any number of 4-channel relay modules in any slot on the right side of the rack interface module. Alarm Drive Logic is programmed using AND and OR logic and can utilize alarm inputs (alarms and hazards) from any monitor channel or combination of monitor channels in the rack.
