The 531X305NTBANG1 card manufactured by General Electric is used as an NTB/3TB terminal board. This terminal board was developed as a member of the 531X series replacement driver and exciter board. This board provides many interface system functions. The functions of this card include relays and serial outputs, analog I/O, power supply, and encoder. After installing this NTB/3TB terminal board, it will provide a series of functions for the driver. After installation, 531X305NTBANG1 can generate regulated and non regulated power supplies. The rated voltage of a regulated power supply is 5 VDC and 15 VDC, while the rated voltage of a non regulated power supply is 24 VDC or 125 VAC. Encoders with rated voltages of 5 V and 15 V can be configured using onboard jumpers. The board also includes seven relay outputs, which are composed of A-type or C-type outputs. The contact rating inside each relay is 120 VAC. Low level analog I/O can also be scaled using the four potentiometer on the board.
