Product Description
The General Electric 531X111PSHARG2 card is a motor field control and power board. During development, the card was made for the 531X series replacement board. Any number of drives and activators manufactured by GE can install this card in its cabinet. This power board provides the power required for the operation of the drive. It also includes appropriate equipment to power the motor field circuit of the circuit board. As the G2 revised version of the board, the card was developed for use with external actuators.
531X111PSHARG2 provides the power required for normal operation of the drive. Power supplies with rated voltages of 5 VDC, 15 VDC, and 24 VDC can all be produced by this card. The motor field circuit on the driver is powered by the integrated pulse transformer of the card. The card contains three relays: RUN (K1), MAX (K2), and FAIL (K3) to provide system control options. Three potentiometers are also integrated on the board. P1 (FIELD SCALE), P2 (CFB ZERO), and P3 (CFB ADJUST) all allow users to calibrate or adjust circuits or current feedback. Five configurable jumpers allow users to select and adjust feedback and current signals.
When installing the card, please make sure to follow all the provided installation parameters. Any guidelines provided by the manufacturer should be followed to protect the integrity of the equipment. Only personnel who have received training and are qualified to handle the driver board are allowed to install this card.
