The 531X305NTBANG1 board produced by General Electric is used as an NTB/3TB terminal board. This terminal board was developed as part of the 531X series replacement driver and exciter board. This board provides many interface system functions. The functions of this card include relays and serial outputs, analog I/O, power supply, and encoder. After installing this NTB/3TB terminal board, it will provide a series of functions for the driver. After installation, 531X305NTBANG1 can generate regulated and non regulated power supplies. The rated voltage of a regulated power supply is 5 VDC and 15 VDC, while the nominal voltage of a non regulated power supply is 24 VDC or 125 VAC. Encoders with rated voltages of 5V and 15V can be configured using onboard jumpers. The board also includes seven relay outputs, consisting of A-type or C-type outputs. The contact rating inside each relay is 120 VAC. Low level analog I/O can also be scaled using the four potentiometers on the board.
