Description

The 1336E-B075-AE-EN-HA2-L6 drive is a 1336 IMPACT drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley. Its ratings are 380 to 480 Volts AC, 56 kilowatts, and 75 Horsepower. It is equipped with a programmer/controller with a digital pot HMI to simplify drive control and programming. Up to 16 programmable speed command transitions are available on this drive and it supports SCANport communication and English as the programming language. The 1336E-B075-AE-EN-HA2-L6 IMPACT drive is designed to provide unmatched speed control. The diagnostics features on this drive provide real-time monitoring for its logic board and power structures. It features 32 entry fault queues and 32 entry warning queues with markers for clearing a fault and powering up with timestamps. The flying start mode on this drive is suitable for motors with already rotating loads.

Like all B-frame 1336- IMPACT drives, the 1336E-B075-AE-EN-HA2-L6 drive does not support network connections via an isolated gateway. Its memory storage is non-volatile and it has a NEMA 1 (IP20)/EMC enclosure as well as a 115 volts AC control interface. The function blocks on this drive provide more flexibility than other drives have. Using long cables to connect the 1336E-B075-AE-EN-HA2-L6 IMPACT drive to motors may require the use of cable terminators or output reactors to reduce voltage reflection at the motor’s terminals. It can be installed with different kinds of cables including shielded, unshielded, and armored cables. This drive is designed to use a 3-phase power supply that is symmetrical to the ground and it supports the use of a line reactor or isolation transformer if the power supply experiences power line conditions that could cause malfunctioning.(https://www.weikunfadacai1.com/)

The 1336-TR-SP1A is part of the Allen Bradley Adjustable Frequency 1336 AC Drive series, manufactured with the purpose of providing accurate control over three-phase induction motors. Both input and output settings have been pre-configured to feature a three-phase function, ensuring more accurate power control from both the power source and to the induction motor that is connected to the device. The Allen Bradley Adjustable Frequency 1336 AC Drive 1336-TR-SP1A provides various convenient settings that have been installed to ensure a maximum compatibility list, and to ensure the device is appropriate for many different types of operational facilities and hardware installations. The 1336-TR-SP1A Adjustable Frequency 1336 AC Drive is fitted with a B-size frame, which offers a compact size that won’t get in the way of the user or any of the hardware involved with the operation. At the same time, this compact device provides adequate features that ensure that the input power may be controlled appropriately and that output power toward the coil of the induction motor connected to the drive does not cause overloads or excessive currents, which could lead to operational faults and even possible safety hazards.

Numerous settings can be configured directly on the 1336-TR-SP1A Adjustable Frequency 1336 AC Drive, which eliminates the need for an outsourced programmer or any external programming of the device. This does not only save the facility a significant amount of time but can also lead to a considerable reduction in overall installation costs. A built-in LCD display unit ensures all settings can be monitored, and the various configuration menus can be navigated without the need for an external display unit or Human Interface Terminal. The 1336-TR-SP1A Adjustable Frequency 1336 AC Drive also comes with a keypad, installed beneath the LCD display unit. The keypad provides the user with all the necessary functions that are needed to program the AC Drive and to control the connected induction motor without the need for external programming features. Users can program various power settings on the 1336-TR-SP1A Adjustable Frequency 1336 AC Drive to deliver sufficient current, voltage, and power to the external device. This module’s power settings can be adjusted between 7.5 and 15 horsepower.

The 1336-SN-SP10A is used for the 1336 Adjustable Frequency AC drive of Allen-Bradley. It is particularly compatible for the 1336 Plus, Plus II, Impact and Force drives. This product is a spare part item that is a Level 2 Assembly component. Three (3) Snubber kits are used for each drive.

This Snubber Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is used for drives with Frame E or those with output power of 150, 200, 250 and X300HP. The snubber board is installed inside within the drive’s main chassis, located on the side of the bridge heatsink in the converter bay.

When replacing this board, power must be removed from the drive and ideally locked out from access. Do not immediately touch the components even if the drive’s power is removed as it has capacitor that store voltage for a short period. Before proceeding, measure the +DC and -DC on the TB1 Terminal Block which may be found in the inverter bay of the drive. Additionally, observe electrostatic discharge preventive measures to prevent damage to other solid-state devices.

To uninstall the snubber board, remove the leads terminated at +06 and -16 stab-on connections. Tag these wires properly according to the terminal where it came from. Uninstall also the leads located at 81, 82 and 83 terminals. Tag the wires accordingly. Remove the drive from the Four (4) plastic stand-offs. Install the new board by aligning the board according to the Four (4) standoff holes and terminating the tagged leads to the appropriate stab-on connections.
