IS200VVIBH1C is a board component manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system. Mark VI is one of the steam and gas turbine management systems released by GE under the name Speedtronic in the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. As one of the last systems released in this series, Mark VI is also one of the most advanced systems. It is built using the TMR (Triple Redundant Modular) architecture and has a PC based HMI (Human Machine Interface) running on the Windows platform. This HMI PC contains software specifically designed for turbine management, including fully programmable maintenance tools. IS200VVIBH1C is used as a vibration monitoring card and can process vibration probe signals from up to 14 probes connected to DVIB or TVIB terminal boards. Broadband vibration filtering: If input channels 14 to 21 are designated as vibration channels, the broadband vibration filtering function operates at 4.6 kHz and 2.3 kHz, respectively. The FPGA that controls the A/D and multiplier circuits provides vibration input for this purpose. Gap or position filters are low-pass filters with two poles and an 8 Hz cutoff frequency. For keyphaser based speeds greater than 12 rpm, the minimum/maximum detection capture window is 160 milliseconds wide. The goal is to collect vibration data for at least two cycles to obtain accurate peak to peak calculations. The unfiltered broadband vibration output is affected by the second minimum/maximum peak detection function. Vmax and Vmin outputs are used to clamp the filtered vibration output peak to peak. Diagnostic diagnosis performs high/low (hardware) input signal limit checks and high/low system (software) limit checks. On site, software restriction checks can be changed. If one of the X or Y probe pairs exceeds its limit, a probe malfunction, alarm, or trip condition may occur.
