Frequently asked questions about IS200VCRCH1BBB

What type of model is the IS200VCRCH1BBB device?

The IS200VCRCH1BBB model is described by General Electric as a discrete input/output board. This model is an I/O processor board for DTCI and DRLY DIN European size terminal boards in the Mark VI series.

The IS200VCRCH1BBB model has a connector that the TBCI board will connect to; Will different versions of the TBCI model affect the functionality of the VCRC model?

According to the GEH-6421 model, different TBCI models do not affect the functionality of the VCRC model and can all be connected to the IS200VCRCH1BBB unit. The only difference between the three TBCI models is the excitation voltage, which does not affect the VCRC model in any way.

Are there any restrictions on VCRC boards?

VCRC has a specific limitation that it will not affect the control capability of the TICI board like the VCCC model, as the J3 and J4 connectors do not support this connection.

Product Description

The Mark VI General Electric module IS200VCRCH1BBB is a discrete input/output terminal processor board. The VCRC model is functionally identical to the VCCC model, but the unit is a single slot version, while the VCCC model is a dual slot model with daughter boards. When the VCRC model is installed in the Mark VI cabinet, it occupies less space due to the lack of daughter boards. The model has 48 inputs labeled as contact inputs from the TBCI model, while the outputs (24 of which) come from the TRLY board; Twelve outputs are solenoid valve outputs; The remaining twelve are dry contact relay outputs.

One of the main differences between the IS200VCRCH1BBB model and the VCCC model is the connector position of the contact input board of the VCRC model; The connector is located on the front of the model and marked as J33 and J44 on the front panel of the model. The front panel of this model also provides three status LEDs. The LEDs are labeled with “running”, “failed”, and “status” and have their respective colors. The FAIL LED is always red, the RUN LED is flashing green, and the STATUS LED is usually off, but it is always orange when a diagnostic alarm situation occurs.

The IS200VCRCH1BBB model can be used for Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) or simplex applications. When the model is in TMR application, the contact input voltage will be fanned out to three VME board racks, such as R, S, and T racks, through the JR1, JS1, and JT1 plugs on the VCRC board.

Comment on IS200VCRCH1BBB

Internal review

Although the functions of the connectors on VCCC and VCRC models are actually the same, the position of the cable connectors is different. The connectors of the VCCC model are located on the connectors below the rack, while the VCRC connectors are located on the front panel, making the VCRC model easier to use- Xiamen Xiongba Industry
