The discrete output I/O package IS420YDOAS1B can provide electrical interfaces between up to two Ethernet input/output networks and discrete output terminal boards. This package can control up to 12 relays and receive feedback specific to the terminal board. All inputs of the I/O package will be sent through a dual Ethernet RJ454 connector and a three pin power input. The DC37 pin connector is used for output and is directly connected to the relevant terminal board connector. If visual diagnosis is required, it will be provided through the LED indicator light on the front of the packaging.

As mentioned above, the IS420YDOAS1B I/O package can provide diagnostic LEDs; Usually, 12 LEDs are yellow to indicate that the command is energizing each output of the relay. The BBPx processor LED will also be used to indicate the required diagnostics. The ATTN LED indicator light is red or green, constantly on or flashing.
