NVIDIA currently offers GPUs for laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers, as well as SoCs for automotive and robotics applications. With the new GPU chiplet, NVIDIA can extend its leadership in GPUs and accelerated computing to a larger market.

MediaTek will develop automotive-grade SoCs and integrate NVIDIA GPU die with NVIDIA AI and graphics IP into the design architecture, connected by ultra-fast die interconnect technology.

Additionally, MediaTek will run NVIDIA DRIVE OS, DRIVE IX, CUDA and TensorRT software technologies on these new automotive-grade SoCs to enable connected in-vehicle infotainment, in-cabin convenience features and in-cabin safety features.
