MKD041B-144-KP0-KN is a digital AC synchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This motor was developed as part of the MKD motor series, which is an electronic commutation motor series that operates in permanent magnets. MKD motors are manufactured for reliable and efficient use. This series of motors has a fully enclosed motor layout level protection function and can operate under harsh conditions.

The characteristic motor speed of MKD041B-144-KP0-KN is 6000 RPM, with a continuous static torque of 2.7 Nm at 60K and 2.9 Nm at 100K. In addition, the continuous static currents of MKD041B-144-KP0-KN at 60K and 100K natural currents are 7.5 A and 8.2 A, respectively. Its peak current is 34.0A. At 20 degrees Celsius, its electrical parameters are as follows: torque constant 0.4Nm, voltage constant 36.3V, and final winding resistance 1.8 ohms. Most importantly, MKD041B-144-KP0-KN has 3 pole pairs and a winding inductance of 5 mH.

At natural 60K, MKD041B-144-KP0-KN operates at a rated speed of 3000 RPM and increases to 4500 RPM at 100K. The remaining rated data of Natural 60K include torque, current, power, voltage, and frequency of 1.4 Nm, 2.8 A, 0.53 kW, 115 V, and 150 Hz, respectively. According to 100K Natural, all these rates, from torque to frequency, have increased to 1.5 Nm, 3 A, 0.88 kW, 170 V, and finally 225 Hz. The motor does not have a brake and junction box, with a winding code of 144 and a motor length of 2.7Nm. Finally, MKD041B-144-KP0-KN is an optical shaft drive motor with a shaft sealing ring made of high-quality material that can operate under extreme conditions without being damaged by harmful oils and chemicals.
