Description
VM600 Mk2 is the next generation rack based mechanical protection and condition monitoring system for vibration meters. The VM600 Mk2 system is an evolution of the best-selling VM600, with over 8000 systems installed worldwide. Main feature integration – mechanical protection and status monitoring from one module (card pair), while fully isolated. Intelligent construction – modularization and functional combination enable advanced systems to be built with the minimum number of modules. Easy to configure – The system is easy to program and has a user-friendly software interface. The mechanical protection module MPC4 Mk2+IOC4 Mk is designed to operate with the second generation VM600 Mk2 rack based mechanical protection system.
The sturdy aluminum structure can accommodate up to two RPS6U rack power supplies (AC input and/or DC input) to support rack power redundancy. It can accommodate up to 12 processing cards and space for power check relays. The installation bracket is located at the rear of the rack, and the conformal coating version is used for the capacitance coupling adapter of the VM600 IOC4T card. There are four separately configurable channels, Buffered sensor output signal for IOC4T buffering sensor output AC coupling channel and removing DC component for each channel 1 μ F series capacitor or direct connection When the buffered sensor output of the IOC4T card is connected to testing and measurement equipment, it reduces external circuits and wiring for the high-quality and reliable capacitive coupling adapter of MPC4/IOC4T card pairs used in VM600 rack based mechanical monitoring systems. The IOC4T capacitive coupling adapter supports four channels, which are buffered “raw” sensor output signals. The IOC4T capacitive coupling adapter is installed in the screw terminal socket (J3) of the IOC4T card at the rear of the VM600 ABE04x rack. Features 4 individually configurable channels for buffering sensor output AC coupling channels of IOC4T, and removing DC components from each channel 1 μ F series capacitor or direct connection reduces external circuits and wiring when the buffered sensor output of the IOC4T card is connected to testing and measurement equipment
