The next generation API611 steam turbine controller is designed specifically for small single valve/single valve rack industrial steam turbines. Cost-effective configurable controllers include specially designed algorithms and logic for starting, stopping, controlling, and protecting small industrial steam turbines or turboexpanders that drive compressors, pumps, or industrial fans. This Peak200 model is panel mounted, North American Class 1/Div Class 2 high-voltage AC power supply, equipped with an integrated full color display screen for steam turbine digital governor control and overspeed protection. Equipped with advanced integrated multilingual interface HMI screen. The new 505D is based on a powerful and reliable standard-setting 505 platform, now globally trusted,

with extended communication protocols, intelligent/adaptive control algorithms, and advanced service tools with data logging and RemoteView monitoring capabilities. This model uses a high-voltage 88-264 Vac or 90-150 Vdc power input, rated for Class 1, Div. 2 standard positions. Design screens, algorithms, and event recorders to simplify the use of industrial steam turbines or turboexpanders, drive generators, compressors, pumps, or industrial fans. This new 505 model is a panel mounted, AC/DC version suitable for standard location environmental conditions.
