Product Description
The models 8406-113 belong to the Woodward EGCP-3 engine generator control package and load sharing (LS) model series. This microprocessor based device is designed for use with or in conjunction with other LS devices. The rated input voltage of 8406-113 is 18-32 V dc, and the rated operating temperature range is -20 to+70 ° C.
This LS model has a keyboard and display interface, including two backlit LCD screens, allowing users to simultaneously monitor and adjust relevant parameters. These screens display eight lines of status information and can select four lines of configuration or alarm log information.(https://www.weikunfadacai1.com/)
Before use, the 8406-113 must be configured through the first boot menu; These items cannot be edited while the engine is running. For standard operation, the 8406-113 configuration points can be obtained through the front panel display screen. Other configuration points (as well as standard configuration points) can be accessed from the Watch Window software through the ServLink communication serial link.
The control unit has nine status menus for easy monitoring and troubleshooting. These menus include system status, engine status, generator status, synchronizer status, KW load status, PF/KVAR status, I/O status, sequence status, and ATS status (please note that the LS model does not have any transfer switch function. If the device is equipped with a local system bus connected to the main power supply, an MC device is required to perform ATS functions).
Other specifications and instructions can be found online in the EGCP-3 engine generator control package LS (load sharing) model 8406-113 manual 26194.
